1. Delivery
    1. All goods are subject to availability. Delivery will be deemed to take place at the customer’s premises unless otherwise agreed.
    2. While every effort is made to deliver goods on time, Uniform Scotland cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery.
    3. Any shortages, damages, production errors, or non-delivery of goods must be reported within 48 hours by telephone and confirmed in writing within 3 working days of dispatch.
    4. Uniform Scotland is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged when left in designated collection locations requested by the customer (e.g., behind a bin or porch area).
    5. Claims for shortages or non-delivery must be supported by proof of delivery and an official delivery note indicating that the goods were signed for as unchecked, short, or damaged.
    6. All deliveries should be carefully inspected upon arrival. No responsibility will be accepted for shortages or incorrect items once delivery has been completed.
    7. Any damaged parcels must be checked in the presence of the courier and signed for accordingly.
    1. Returns
    1. Standard items may be returned within 28 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and suitable for resale. If the return is due to an error by Uniform Scotland or if the item is faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs. Returns may take up to 15 working days to be processed.
    2. The following items cannot be returned unless incorrect or faulty:
      • Custom-embroidered, badged, or printed items
      • Items assembled according to customer specifications
      • Specially procured items that are not part of our standard product range
    3. We commit to collecting unwanted goods from your premises within 5 days of a return request being made.
    4. Before offering a replacement, Uniform Scotland reserves the right to attempt to repair or rectify any faulty garments.
    5. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
    6. If goods arrive with manufacturing or production defects, Uniform Scotland reserves the right to rectify these issues before offering a refund.
