- General Terms & Conditions
- These terms and conditions apply to all contracts entered into between Uniform Scotland Ltd ("Uniform Scotland") and its customers.
- Uniform Scotland agrees to fulfill the requirements of the customer in accordance with written specifications provided by the customer and recorded in writing between both parties.
- Unless otherwise agreed, payment for goods ordered must be made at the time of placing the order. If payment is not received by the last day of the month following delivery, interest will accrue at a rate of 8% per annum from the invoice date.
- Ownership of goods remains with Uniform Scotland until full payment has been received in cleared funds for the entire order.
- If a customer wishes to change the design, artwork, or any other aspect of an order, the request must be submitted in writing as soon as is reasonably possible after the initial order has been placed. While Uniform Scotland will endeavor to accommodate such changes, additional costs may apply. The customer will be notified of any extra charges at the time of the request. Changes to an order may also affect the initial delivery timeframe. Orders requiring new artwork will not commence until the customer has approved the artwork in writing.
- Returns of goods are at the sole discretion of Uniform Scotland, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part. Goods that have been customised, including embroidery or print, cannot be returned unless faulty. Additionally, products that have been used or modified by the customer cannot be returned.
- Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Uniform Scotland reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these terms. Non-compliant items may be returned to the customer at their expense or be subject to a re-packaging fee.
- These terms and conditions apply to all orders and contracts between Uniform Scotland and the customer, including repeat or new orders.
- Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be governed by Scottish law.
- Uniform Scotland reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed online or via telephone.
- These terms and conditions do not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
- Promotional discount codes cannot be applied to existing deals such as bundles or multipacks and can only be used in online transactions. Usage of discount codes is at the sole discretion of Uniform Scotland.
